Hello, and welcome! I'm Valentina Lammers, and I'm absolutely delighted that you've taken a moment to get to know me.

My culinary journey began at a young age when I discovered my love for cooking while spending time in my grandmother's kitchen. Those cherished moments of crafting fresh and delicious meals ignited a passion that has since become the driving force in my life.

As I grew older, I eagerly embarked on my own culinary adventures. I started my journey as a private cook for a wonderful family from Spain while I lived in Colombia, and later for a Jewish family where I gained the knowledge and greater respect for cultural, religious customs and requirements about food. This experience allowed me to delve into the intricacies of more elaborate and artistic dishes while gaining a profound understanding of the diverse dietary needs and preferences of others. It was during this time that my culinary knowledge expanded into the creation of skilled and diverse, mouthwatering dishes.

I've been fortunate to work in a variety of settings, from restaurants in vibrant places like Miami, New York, and SWFL. Throughout the years, I've worn many hats in the world of food, from the front of the house to the heart of the kitchen. The countless experiences and lessons I've gathered have shaped me into the culinary enthusiast I am today.

Now, I stand at the threshold of an exciting new chapter in my culinary journey. I've decided to take the leap and start my own business, doing what I love the most - cooking for others!

My mission with my meal-prep service is simple: to share the joy of wholesome, flavorful food with others. I want to bring the comfort and satisfaction of delicious, healthy, freshly-cooked meals right to your doorstep. With the busy lives we all lead, I aim to create culinary experiences that nourish your body, while takes the stress of cooking out of your hands.
